Winning and losing can cause conflict, so it's important to teach children how to react in both situations. Through the games children learn that winning and sometimes losing are important to playing fair. The game is a vehicle to teach important life skills. Engaging in indoor physical activities at Adventure Caretakers offers a unique and supportive environment for children of all ages, including those with hyper-sensory awareness, and anxiety disorders. Trampolines and other physical indoor activities serve as a dynamic platform for promoting improved balance, coordination, strength, and emotional regulation. The natural release of endorphins and increased serotonin levels contribute to a sense of wellness and reduced anxiety.
